401 Park

$0.00

Boston, MA

A new “front yard” along the historic Fenway centers a delicate resolution of site conditions in this adaptive reimagination of a 1920s Sears distribution center as a creative campus. This, the first of the three phased Landmark Center Renovation Development, connects to the neighboring historic Emerald Necklace, supports new uses - a busy food hall below office spaces - and beckons to community and passersby with green space for recreation and social interaction. Diverse and highly active landscape spaces that gesture toward the Emerald Necklace create a fresh embrace of the site’s natural, historic and neighborhood contexts.
